Hey guys! I haven't blogged in awhile but I've been out shooting for class and for fun. My grandparents went to the city to the art museum and the artist there was fantastic, they said. Im trying to go sometime during the week because the type of pictures he takes is what I am interested in. He takes pictures of nature and the way people live in other parts of the world. I think that is so interesting and something that I want to do when I get older because its necessary for people to understand that we are sooo fortunate of what we have. Sebastião Salgado: Genesis. Im also thinking about researching him and finding out more what he does because I need to do a research project on a photographer who I like and want to find more about. Photography has always been a hobby of mine and dreamt of making a career out of it. Im not really sure what my 'style' is yet but I know that I love shooting nature and landscape. I also love shooting up close and making object not looks like they normally do to people. With this picture, our project was light and shadow. Using natural light is something I always use when I have an assignment for school. I don't really like using indoor lighting because the color and the effect aren't the same. Being outdoors you can see the whole environment and where the picture is being taken.
